Foundation Repair - Dugout Wall Replacement

In this shot, one of our team members captures the critical moment of rebuilding a foundation wall under a dugout home. Upon removing the skirt wall, we discovered a severely rotted beam, prompting us to frame a pressure-treated foundation down to the existing footing. Utilizing additional SmartJack beams, we leveled the floor system, replacing the inadequate, rotted supports. The result? A stronger, level floor and a brand-new foundation wall with proper access to the dugout area, ensuring lasting stability for the home.
