Foundation Repair - Block Foundation Collapse - Rebuild

Recently, Groundhogs™️ was referred in by an insurance company to address a hidden foundation issue at a home they discovered while dealing with water damage. Upon cutting out the drywall, the insurance team discovered that the block foundation behind the interior wall was collapsing. We were brought in to tackle the difficult job of stabilizing the home and replacing the compromised foundation. Our team dismantled the block foundation and rebuilt it using a permanent wood foundation system, all while working around the home's existing interior walls, including a bathroom. Despite the challenges, we delivered a seamless solution that kept the structure intact and the customer satisfied!
